Emma Coxon has worked with me for over ten years. When I ran my own coaching business, Emma project managed the whole back end of my coaching business - from loading content on to my website to invoicing to booking clients in my diary and managing my coaching associates and their appointments. When I moved over to Psychologies magazine, Emma came with me, enabling me to run my coaching practice for one day a week, while editing Psychologies for four days a week. All I had to do was show up to my coaching sessions as Emma ran my company for me in the background. When Big Leap Life Ltd, my company, started producing all the content for Psychologies magazine, Emma became one of our freelance writing team and Living and Food Editor.
